This was my first experience here. It was completely unlike any eye exam I ever had. For instance all the high tech instruments that measure your eye health, are spread out before you. I got to see images of my optic nerve and macula. Super cool! All test results ere electronicly transferred to an on-call optometrist, who pops -in remotely to discuss with you. This all happens effiecntly and seamlessly. In fact my results were reviewed by two optometrists, which helped to fine-tune my prescription. The in-person technician and eyeglass salesman went above and beyond. This was an awesome experience. I will definitely be back!

Wow! We had amazing service at BJ's optical! It was all due to the gentleman named Matthew! He was so good! Probably why hes been there for years! We just bought 3 pairs of glasses there. Matthew went above & beyond to help us, & worked with us to get the best price due to the current promotions. Really felt like he was there for you, not just trying to make a sale!
