Awesome experience! I am leaving the practice I was going to for 25 years! The experience was wonderful and has me wishing I had made the switch long ago! Dr. Lorraine Fedyna O.D. is simply spectacular. Not only was she thorough with my exam, but she was extremely personable. Down to earth and caring, knowledgeable, and great at answering questions. Never before has an optometrist been able to find in one try the type of contacts perfect for me! I am amazed and so thankful 🙏 ❤️ If you are reading this, Dr. Fedyna, you made my day, and I'm definitely going to recommend you to everyone! The office was impeccable. Very clean and organized. I felt immediately at ease. I had a 10:15 AM. appointment. I arrived about 10 mins early. Immediately, I was greeted warmly by the manager, Sunday Vesneski. She had me do some paperwork, and I sat down for maybe 2 minutes before seeing the doctor. Pretty much no wait! Sunday was also excellent with helping me order my contact lenses and made me aware of a discount available. Thank you, Sunday! I would highly recommend giving BJs Optical a try! On my next visit, I plan to get glasses. There is a beautiful selection of designer frames. Currently, there is a 'Buy one get one Free' for frames! Don't hesitate to take advantage of that! I can not say enough about how much I enjoyed my experience and you will too! Exceptional service and top-notch eye care.

My appointment was handled very perfectional, very knowledgeable with taking care of my eye needs. They have a great selection and very reasonable prices on lenses. I'll be going there for all my eye needs in the future. Very pleased with my whole experience.

Don't go there. The Dr. Is very nice but, the service sucks. I've been trying to get my prescription for a month now. They are either too busy to help me in the store ( the woman can't multitask) or they give me a hard time on the phone. I don't want glasses from them and it seems like they won't give you the prescription because they want you to buy them there. I don't have time to keep running over there
