Black Diamond staff is always awesome. Choice of glasses is great. I have been going here sine it was Alpine Vision and have been very pleased.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at an eye doctors. They messed up my prescription and then tried to give me a different prescription that was still wrong to rush me out of there. They proceeded to send my contacts to the wrong address without informing me. It took them well over a month to get my contacts sent to me. I believe the prescription is still not fully accurate due to the “doctors” errors. It got to a point where it wasn’t even worth the effort, I will never go here again and will highly advise everyone to go to other eye doctors.

Staff is very cordial and sensitive to patient’s needs. This practice uses the latest equipment and methods and is organized very efficiently. So exams take less time and so staff is not rushed. All in all, the best I’ve ever seen in my 70 years…
