Don’t waste your time go to the east pointe location. The Jefferson location is tacky & trifling, as soon as I approached the window for service I was greeted by a older woman with a very funky nasty attitude, the first words to me were “will this be Medicaid or cash” as if me having a J.O.B. and insurance wasn’t even a option. The entire time she was servicing me, she was acting as if I was inconveniencing her so I just left and took my $ where it was welcome.

I had scheduled an appointment for Wednesday..and 40 minutes before I was going to leave I looked at the reviews.I was shocked to see they had bad reviews but I prayed and the Holy Spirit urge me to go on.I arrive and they was crowded but the ladies in the back handled the crowd. Fantastic job ..Phyllis Frye (manager) Deborah Williams and Alisia ..you know I believe in writing reviews because it’s important..I’m disabled now but I’m a former social worker…Keep up the good Job…

Extremely rude for no reason.. I called with a very simple question about lens and was on speaker phone the entire time. The response was rude, over aggressive and this is all while I addressed them as sir, and thank you.
