This place is great, I've been coming here for years always has had the best service.

Needed glasses same day. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. I had my glasses within a half hour. Will definitely visit again!!

This place has absolutely horrible customer service. The owner is rude. The business it self is run down. This place needs shut down. I would give it a no star it google allowed it.

I truly wanted to support this Black-owned business, but the experience reminded me of what Wallo said—some of us still don’t understand that service is what sustains support. The customer service here is horrendous. The manager with the dreadlocks isn’t honest about order timelines, he tells you whatever will get your deposit the fastest. My glasses didn’t arrive when promised twice, and by then he already had my money. Also no one called me. Then when I finally received my frames, one of the lenses was protruding out and my husband had to take apart my frames to fix it like it should’ve been done. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice shame on you. I won’t be coming back

No , no and no! I only used this optical place because I was referred by a friend, however, when I initially came in, I was supposed to receive my eyewear back within a week. I called to do a follow up after a week and it is impossible to get a hold of the "" person who is in charge of finding out what's going on with my eyewear." I have left several messages to have a called return.. we are now going on three weeks with still no call when I called today. They told me I can just come up there very unprofessional especially when I live 45 minutes away. I definitely will not be using this company again, nor do I recommend it due to the unprofessionalism
