Dr Bickford performed a very thorough eye exam for medical issues as well as for glasses. She explained her all her observations and answered all questions in language anyone could understand. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and covered potential medical problems related to the eye as well. And even though my husband and I didn’t opt to purchase glasses from Blink, Kristi was so helpful and friendly throughout shopping process. We highly recommend Blink as a full service optometry clinic that takes VSP eye insurance. But understand there is an additional charge to you for the medical portion of exam in which Medicare and supplemental insurance are also billed. I believe this is standard of care for truly thorough eye examinations.

Phenomenal! From start to finish: absolutely wonderful! Nicole answered when I first called to book the appointment. She was so kind and patient with scheduling me and explaining what I needed to bring. I called once more the day of my appointment to see if they could get me in a bit sooner, and once again, Nicole was able to assist. When it came time for my appointment, I didn’t have to wait very long at all (the office was quite calm and peaceful, I would’ve been fine waiting longer) and Kelsi greeted me with a huge smile. We had a wonderful conversation, and she made me feel welcomed and understood. She communicated everything clearly. Dr Bickford was just as smiley and wonderful as the prior two. I have never had anything explained in such detail or had a doctor that doesn’t get impatient when I ask a ton of questions (practical or curious). (Also, Heidi was a sweet presence as she took notes for Dr.) Carolina was a real showstopper when she took me in to get my first pair of glasses in quite a few years. There were so many things I never knew about fitting glasses properly. I thought it was normal to push them up all day long. She explained everything clearly and answered every question. She genuinely cared about the fit, the look, and if I was truly in love with the pair I was choosing—she was just as wonderful and nice when I picked them up! She fitted them fantastically! I really do love this office and the energy of the employees. I’m sure it’s not easy, so please know, I appreciate all of you. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will see you next year!
