Friendly, courteous, helpful staff. The equipment was modern and clean. The assistant and the optometrist were knowledgable (I've been wearing corrective lenses for nearly 60 years -- so I've been to many exams with many optometrists and ophthalmologists; I've gone to this location, in Coral Gables, for 4 years ). The exam was thorough and efficient; any questions or concerns were answered. I plan on returning -- unless I move.

Great Service! Very quick, easy, and helpful. Staff was able to answer all of my questions and help me fill out all the forms I needed with no problems. My eye exam took no less than 15 minutes. Dr. Erika Pardinas and Allouna were a great help.

The experience was great. The two ladies in the front were amazing both Paris & Jasmine have excellent customer service. Dr.Galloza was very attentive as well. I will keep coming here every year because they are great!
