Very positive experience. Staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Both Dr’s are very experienced and very personable. Their expertise has come through time and time again helping to heal my eye issues. I highly recommend this practice. As well, they have a beautiful selection of eye wear. Their staff is wonderful at fitting, always helpful with a smile.

Dr. Bloom came highly recommended. My husband experienced sudden vision blurriness and we were referred here. The office staff, especially Gabby were very nice and helpful. After waiting for 2 hours, we finally saw Dr. Bloom who was in the room for maybe a total of 2 minutes. He kept leaving the room and coming back. My husband had something serious going on, especially for how young he is. Unfortunately this doctor did not take the time to answer any of our questions and was very blunt and did not have good bedside manners. He mentioned something that he thought might be going on, but referred us to another place. As we were checking out, we tried asking questions to which he told the nurse and started mentioning serious things to her that he had not told us, which we heard through a wall. Overall, very nice staff but will not go back because of the horrible bedside manners from the doctor. Thankfully, the doctor he referred us to was better and able to help us.

Missed a crucial diagnosis in my child . After many years of pseudotumor cerebri he cleared her and dismissed her from the office saying she's fine .. well she isn't fine she now has to have a spinal tap and more test done bc once again she has way to much spinal fluid on her optic nerves ( which one look today from the neurologist he seen immediately ). He doesnt take the time to truly listen he speeds in and speeds out and bc of that my daughter has spent months with terrible migraines 5 days a week. Ty to the neurologist at Dayton children's though he has things lined up and hopefully we are in the road to recovery !
