Dr. Blair with Bluegrass Eye Center is honest and dedicated to his craft. The whole staff is friendly, helpful and informative. I have always been greeted in a timely fashion and received the service I was looking for. I would recommend this company any time!

The exam was hostile! The Eye Center then refused to bill my insurance and has continued to try to bill me personally for cash. The eye exam was a nightmare and the billing has yet to be resolved.

So very sad that this wonderful office has been changed to a Bennett and Bloom Eye Center. They no longer take vision insurance or give prescriptions for glasses/contacts. They only take medical insurance. My family will sorely miss Bluegrass Eye Center and their amazing staff.
