Have been going this place for 7 years before I moved out of state 6 years ago. We came back and going back there for last couple of years. We noticed that they have become VERY greedy. Try to charge more and try to rip us off left and right. Their insurance claim is outrageously high claiming things which were not provided to us. We decided to shop other places. They sure do know how to lose loyal customers. Do not go there.

It’s terrible store, bad service, the male employee w/ limited English so unpleasant to deal with and also sound rushing for not giving some time to choose the frame I like. So, I never come back.

Fantastic service! I've been coming here since 1998 as a wee kid. The service is great, the selection is top notch. They have affordable frames to all the designer frames. I like them so much that even though I live in Texas now, I still order my contacts and frames from them. I also never had a bad experience getting my eyes checked there as well. All in all, it's one of my most trusted places to get my vision needs.

Bo An has a wide variety of frames and glasses to choose from at very reasonable prices. They also have the most knowledgeable and courteous professionals taking care of your Eyewear needs. The optometrist, Dr. Kaitlyn Vo, is an absolute gem. She shows so much warmth and empathy that my Daughter's initial nervousness quickly transformed into a comfortable smile. Just this early afternoon, in fact, Dr. Vo provided even more sage advice and suggestions than our own ophthalmologist (whom we saw this morning)! Thank you, Dr. Vo, for being so caring, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and just so awesome! Benjamin is the gentleman that helps us pick out our glasses. He carefully and patiently gauges our needs taking into consideration our physicality, style, and thickness of the lens in suggesting the specific frames. My Daughter did not want to wear glasses at first, but now she cannot wait until they are ready in a couple of days. Thank you, Benjamin! The technician (whom I refer to as the "Professor") makes sure that the glasses are a perfect fit! His skills were well manifested when I fell (I am disabled), and broke/bent the frame/legs on my glasses. I thought that I would need to get new ones, but he fixed them, and they were like new! Obviously, Bo An does not try to make you get new ones if u don't need to - they do business honestly. The manager takes care of administrative issues without my having to worry. The owner, who is the second nicest lady in the world (first is my mother, of course) walks around making sure all is going well, and takes care of her clients with her beautiful smile and friendly warmth. What can I say, Bo An Optometry is family . . . BO AN FOR LIFE!

Just picked up my dad's glasses. Glasses not worth the price we've paid. Not to mention the bad service we're offered. Gotten a better deal some place else. Not coming back.

Excellent service! I came to get safety glasses. The gentleman that helped me was very nice. He explained the entire process so I would know what to expect . I got my safety glasses within three weeks and I they are super comfortable and stylish, they are nothing like the ugly old bulky safety glasses from previous year’s styles.

Been told delivery was delayed by two weeks twice without any context. We ended up canceling the order. Definitely won't be going back

We’ve been going here for at least 25 years. Cannot recommend Bo An Optometry enough. The people who work there are AMAZING. The service is above par.

All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. They always get me in and out of there quickly even when I show up without an appointment. I will be moving out of the state soon but I probably will still arrange trips back to So Cal so that can continue to use their services.

The service here was IMMACULATE. Legit all the staff were so nice and were very helpful. My frames broke and the pair that was recommended was not it like I looked UGLY. But one of the staff really helped me find a pair that framed my face and it was overall a good experience for both me and my mom. Would totally recommend this place!

This is the first time I've actually had glasses where when they try them on they have to adjust and everything I've got the perfect pair of glasses they're all very polite the reasonable the pricing and the people there are just so nice beautiful customer service
