I had a great experience with the whole team. My mom recommended me. She has been going to Boling for years. I have been going to strip mall vision places when I wasn’t having issues. I started see a dip in straight lines so I wanted a doctor with a much better reputation and I got it. Dr. Coaster was amazing at making me understand what was happening. He consulted with a specialist when he wasn’t completely sure. I see the specialist in December. I’m still a little concerned with what is going on. But after seeing Dr. Coalter I’m a lot more at ease.

Usually I go to the Elkhart location but I was pleasantly surprised by the service here! Dr. Coalter and his assistants were kind and professional when administering my eye exam; with Dr. Coalter in particular being noteworthy for how well he explained some concepts of opthalmoscopy to a layman like me. On the way out of the exam I was promptly attended to by Sue who helped me find a good pair of comfortable glasses and clearly outlined my options for me. Last but not least, the receptionist Madison was very upbeat and not only did she make both my check-in and check-out a good experience but she also helped give a second opinion when I was trying out some frames. They definitely earned a 5 star review. Highly recommend!
