So I was scheduling a diabetic eye exam for my mom, who doesn't speak English. I referred to a Vietnamese-friendly place. When I called to schedule the appointment for the afternoon, they told me the price for the exam was $130. Before I confirmed, I asked them to confirm the price with me, which they did. When my mom came in, she asked the girl who took her to the room, and she also said $130. However, after the doctor finished, they charged her $200. I was concerned about this, so I called and asked about it. They told me that they had missed the correct price, which should have been $200. I don't mind paying it, but I don't like the way they changed the price instantly, so I was very upset. Ten minutes later, they called back to my mom and told me the original price was $250, but with a discount, it was $200. To me, this is very ridiculous. I'm not sure how much they charge for a diabetic eye exam. This is not the first time I've taken my mom for an eye exam. I've called many places, and Vision Source charges $125 for an eye exam, with an additional $20 for pictures. They are more specific about their prices. But they told me the price upfront . Remember we paid $200 in cash. imagine how much they would charge with insurance. I do not recommend this place. Make sure to check the price before you come in so they don't charge you differently.

Dr. Lam and her team are very friendly and professional. They are always busy when I come in, but they never fail to provide exceptional care. My dad broke his glasses and was in need of an eye exam for a new pair of glasses. They were able to get him an appointment for the next day which I really appreciated. My family has been going here for 10 years and are always happy with the care they provide us!

I was nervous since I haven't got my eyes checked in a few years. Great experience! The doctor and staff were friendly and built rapport with me easily. The waiting time was short, customer satisfaction was on point. Would recommend!
