Went here for my annual eye exam & contact lens exam. Needed to switch up from Pearl Vision because the Brockton location messed up my insurance benefits last year and I wasn’t able to get glasses.
But this location is amazing, from the technician who starts off your appointment to the doctor themselves. They are very thorough and ask lots of questions that no other company or office has ever asked me!
I have a consultation for lasik coming up as well so if the doctors that perform that are anything like the ones I saw this past Monday, then I definitely found my new home for eye care!

Wonderful, all-around experience. Administrative staff was very friendly and helpful. The clinical staff was great at explaining every procedure that was performed. And finally, Dr. Grégoire was extremely thorough in explaining my current vision issues and steps that can be taken to manage them.

Doctors are great-clearly they have a ton of patients though and you have to be prepared to ask your questions ahead of time as it’s kind of “this is what you have and here are two options”. Techs can vary and no one seems to get that you are there because you can’t see very well-and your contacts aren’t in! Still this is the place to be if you have serious vision problems.
