Eye exam and pricing were great, staff friendly, but waiting on my glasses order seems really archaic. It has been over 2 weeks and I called to check on the order and left a voice message and no one called back. I went in and was told they should arrive the next day and I would get a call. That was today and I heard nothing. I guess I’ll drive up there again tomorrow to check. I haven’t worn glasses since the 90s and LensCrafters made my glasses in an hour. I can’t believe it takes so long 30 years later.

The entire staff was friendly and comforting. I was in and out within a short time frame and the front desk person (I don’t remember her name, unfortunately) was very kind and helpful with choosing my glasses and getting me checked out at the end. overall a great experience!

I wish i could give them a million stars… Dr Bahn extremely amazing! She’s super sweet and fun… Emma extremely patient with me since I wanted to try every single color contact so I didn’t end up looking like a lizard.. 😂….. Tech Dillon super cool guy even help me with my insurance, since insurance never tell you nothing when you go to the doctors you supposed to fill out stupid forms and put u in a bad spot!!! so Dillon save me from cancellation and coming back another day…. This is my second time coming here and they definitely take the extra step to make sure they take care of you. They work amazingly as a team.. best experience ever with the eye doctor 👩‍⚕️ … I definitely recommend to come here!!!!
