I dropped my glasses off shortly after the new year to have prescription lens put in. I was asked to pay up front or that I could do half now and half when they are done. Quoted two weeks before they would be finished. Three and a half weeks go by I call (COVID i get it) and the company had been bought out and they were contacting insurances. I asked why wasn’t I at least notified she had no reason other then to throw her co worker under the bus by saying. “ I don’t know who you talk to or who quoted you that time but we haven’t switched anything over so your order hasn’t been done but checks if my insurance info is the same and I personally have been telling everyone four weeks” I said that’s fine But it’s u professional to throw your coworker under the bus I just need to see to do my healthcare job nothing important! Two more weeks go by. I get a phone call saying they can’t find my insurance they have socials names etc. my first visit here I was like 8, I’m 24 nothing has changed! I get one more phone call from Hannah who goes on to say I can’t worry that you don’t think I do my job to your standards hangs up on me after getting smart when I just tried to stress the facts that no one contacted me the lady was very disrespectful on the phone. I call back and she tells me yes she hangs up on me and to come pick up my stuff
