Best optometrist I’ve ever been to. Had a contact stuck in my eye, so I thought, called around to see who could help me out. He said sure come in and I’ll take a look. Not even being a patient treated me as one. He was super thorough and explained the what ifs, do’s and don’ts. Was in and out within a hour of calling the office and travel time. Definitely has my future business. Eyelab is quick yes but when you need something actually with your eye not to much they can do about it. Thank yall

I just saw Dr Cooper and he was amazing. Great energy and very knowledgeable, he was very compassionate and listened to all my concerns. The staff is lovely and helpful, loved coming to this office .

I went to Dr. Brad Cooper last Thursday. He was very honest. He let me know I had cataracts that would Only worsen with time. I felt very comfortable talking with him about my eyes condition. I will wear contacts for a while to help out with my vision. However, I am still praying 🙏 that Almighty God will help me to make the right decision on having surgery to remove the Cateracts. I will post a future update on my decision.

I'm not the type to submit reviews,but man the receptionist is something else.. I called asking for an appointment she gave me different times I opted for a 9:30 appointment but she then said she had a 10:00 o'clock so I scheduled it for 10:00 I show up and was told she didn't hear me when I said 10 and had booked someone else,Ok that's fine it happens so as I was there she said I have a 12 I told her ok I'll take it, I show up at noon and she asked do you want to schedule an appointment I told her that I had one she said oh I didn't hear you like come on I'm not that far from the window! I guess time to look for a new Dr. With a Better receptionist!!

Dr. Cooper has been my family eye doctor for the past five years and I have to say that he is extremely thorough and wants to make sure that we have good eye health. He always wants you to follow up and he does not stop trying to find the perfect type of contacts for you no matter how many times you have to go back. -s.dutton

Entering my appointment I had a strange feeling about coming here due to a patient before me being physically afraid of what the doctor would say to her after a mistake that the staff made concerning her glasses. After going to the back and Dr. Brad finally seeing me, he began to complain about the situation that had occurred before me. First off, you shouldn’t be discussing another patient’s situation with anyone else. After complaing, he began my eye exam and I was told to look at his cheek. As I looked at his cheek, he said that I wasn’t and proceeded to try again. After the third time, he pulled back the machine where my chin and forehead rested and said that my eye keeps wondering off, after explaining to him that I was attempting to look at his cheek he said to me, “you’re not going to tell me what I see, you’re not trying to look at my cheek.” After he said that to me in a very rude way, he asked if I wanted to complete the eye exam , and I politely left his establishment. His workers were polite, but Brad was very rude.

Dr Cooper was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind & funny Dr Cooper explained everything he was gonna do before he did it made me feel @ ease I was supposed to come in on Monday but Saturday I woke to severe itching & irritation with small bump I called to reschedule my appointment the receptionist informed me dat I could do a walk-in bout 1:45 I walked in they close @2pm Dr Cooper stayed ran different test all negative thank u Jesus Dr Cooper saw the bump said nothing serious dat's awesome visit was very light on my pocketbook I would recommend Dr Cooper

This guy is incredible. Very thorough and affordable. You can tell by talking to him, the guy LOVES his job, has a passion for optic health, and really cares about his patients. Dr. Cooper is the man!

Awesome guy!!! Dr cooper knows what he’s doing and will explain every step of the way. He cares about you and likes to have a nice conversation while you are getting your eye exam!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cooper for years and have gotten my glasses and contacts exam through him. Last year I had free vision benefits through my insurance and had my annual exam done with a different in-network doctor. Unfortunately, I feel like the prescription I was given was not accurate because I couldn’t see as clearly as I should have. This year I went back to doctor Cooper. After a thorough evaluation, I am confident to say I am able to see clearly again. Doctor Cooper is honest, thorough and very experienced. I fully recommend Dr. Cooper; I will not go to another doctor again.

My husband and I highly recommend Dr Brad Cooper. He not only exercises great care and appropriately fitting one for glasses, but also investigates the eyes thoroughly for evidence of glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, floaters and retinol detachment, and is aware of problems caused by ocular migraines and light sensitivity. He takes time to thoroughly explain the effects of these maladies on vision. As an added bonus to the larger community, he speaks Spanish fluently for serious eye problems which may require surgery he is prepared with excellent referrals
