Arrogant and sarcastic about my child's issue. Talked to me like I was stupid. Not very willing to help. Took 3 hours past appointment time for him to see my child.

When i asked him after eye surgery, if i would see 2020. He said "i don't know your eye was tore up pretty good after surgery". Just what you don't want to here. He's a quack!

Dr Hicks was the dr that discovered my retina tear, he got me to a specialist pronto and that was 4 years ago and i wouldn't trust my eyes to anyone else. I drive 70 miles just to go to him. The office staff could definitely improve their appointment scheduling and wait times but that is not something I will hold against the dr.
