I am so glad a co-worker told me about Dr Wool. He is located in Metairie on Metairie Road. I have been going to him for years now and will definitely continue. He is very knowledgeable and also has a sweet bedside manner. I also like his receptionist Vicky, they definitely make a good pair. I've never had a problem with parking as there's a pretty large lot for this three-story building.

Dr Wool is an attentive doctor who takes a lot of time with you. He is very patient if you are nervous or haven’t been to the eye doctor in a long time. UPDATE 2026 his office is closed but he works part time with Dr. Groetsch.

Dr. Wool was highly recommended by my coworkers. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his attentiveness with my eyes. He explained every step by step to me before he examined my eyes. I felt very much at ease with him. Vickie was also very helpful with my insurance needs. Thank you for the great customer service. It is very hard to come by these days.
