I had a decent phone experience when I made the appointment, and they were polite when I came in for my appointment. However, I was first told that insurance was not going to cover a new pair of glasses for me, which I told them had to be incorrect because I was definitely due a new pair. They also told me that my prescription was completely different than my current one, and pressed me to make an additional $800 purchase for special lenses not covered by insurance. Eventually I was able to get them to call my insurance company and confirm that I was actually due a new pair of glasses. It has now been a month and a half with no glasses, and I have made multiple phone calls and been told that my glasses are not ready yet, and that there is something weird going on with my insurance and someone will definitely be giving me a call back in the next few hours. They were supposed to only take 3 weeks to come in. Nobody has called me back for the last week, and I am still without my glasses. I am now forced to find another eye doctor and wait even longer to be able to see properly.

Was my first eye exam, and i was treated friendly and respectfully. The Doc. is super kind and i knew i was in good hands. Including the ladies at the front desk and on my checking ups theyve been effecient and answered my questions and concerns if any, they also fixed my glasses and made them comfy on the nose part. Looking foward for my next app.

Dr. Almanza and her staff provide exceptional care and service! I accidentally gave them with the wrong insurance information during my eye exam, but then straightened it out when I came back to pick up my contacts. They were able to back out my vision exam and re-process my billing, including an itemized invoice for my HSA. Throughout both visits they were knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I wholeheartedly recommend this business!
