We ordered two pairs of glasses in December for my son. One came fine and the other one didn't. I called to ask when it was coming and was told a lot of frames are on backorder so it may take longer. I called in the middle of January again and they actually took the time to look into it and found out they never even ordered them. They offered to reorder but it would affect my 2021 benefits and I would have wasted the entire year of 2020. She said she would have her manager call me back which did not happen. I called my vision insurance and they proceeded to call them and get hung up on. They opened a complaint against them and after 3 hours on the phone back and forth with everyone I can now go anywhere I want to reuse my benefits from last year. It was such a mess and web of lies. The doctor is absolutely amazing but considering the techs are who you deal with the most it is not worth it.

Dr. Brewer is AMAZING!! So glad we found him and no longer will go with anyone else!! He knows what he is doing, very knowledgeable!! Great care and service!! Very good with myself and my kids!!

Very happy with this dr staff and location. They were friendly and easy to work with. They took all of our insurances too! I definitely recommend them.
