I was very happy with the treatment I received. I marked it 3 stars because I had to wait 3/4 hour past my appointment time before I was seen. It is not acceptable to treat patients this way.
This extra waiting time seems to be a pattern in the last 12 months. Prior to this time, my wife and I were always seen promptly. Have you reduced staff too much?
