The attention and care I get from Dr. Madow and others is fine, but the wait times are way too long. This time I was there for two hours--of which I saw Dr Madow for less than 1 minutes, and that was actually shorter than what I've experienced in other visits. I gather this is standard operating procedure for this practice.

Things moved along like a well oiled machine. The doctor was very pleasant to deal with and very informative.

I love ROSS Eye Institute and will never go anywhere else. Professional and caring doctors.

My eyes were dilated with out pre warning of the length it would last, ruined the rest of the day. The doctor did not read the referral as to why I was there; respectably lost and had to rely on what I could muster. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

The care and concern I have received from Ross Eye Institute is the best care I have ever received from a medical facility. I owe much to Dr Everett and dr Madow and staff.

One of the most THOROUGH exams I've ever received! From the front desk to the check out, everyone was courteous and pleasant and professional! When the results of my xrays came back, Dr. Madow took the time to show them to me and explain everything. I was there for a second opinion on some laser surgery and according to Dr. Madow it wasn't necessary at this time. Needless to say, I canceled that surgery with my previous doctor and set up a follow-up with Dr. Madow. He and his staff were really great!

4 hour appointment, but Dr Madow and staff were very accommodating

Dr. Madow & staff was amazing. I had to get eye injections and was VERY nervous. Him and staff assured me that things would be quick and painless and that they were. It definitely wasnt as bad as I thought. Would definitely recommend this doctor.

It did take a while to get everything done. Everyone was very committed in getting me seen.

The doctor was great the only bad part was the almost 3 hour wait but digging deeper into my issues hopefully finally get some answers a doctor that finally listens and doesn’t push you to the side
