Late review but better late than never… our visit a month ago for my daughter was great, fast and very friendly oriented. My daughter was feeling sad because her type of lenses offered black or brown metal. She would have loved pink frames… lol… nevertheless, I definitely recommend this location and will be returning for myself. Thank you!!

Wow, the front desk staff was phenomenal- booking an appointment, having our insurance go through- all of it was so seamless. Then the appointment, my goodness the physician you can tell has children do his own. His energy was so calming that my son was at ease the entire time. He clearly knew how to work with a child whose overwhelmed by his first eye exam experience. We will continue coming here! Even his explanation of whatever was going on with my sons eyes was so thorough, he didn’t rush my questions, and I keep mentioning this but his energy resonates throughout the entire office making this experience so easy!

I was working on getting both my regular glasses and sunglasses updated to my new prescription. Got my prescription from this office. My insurance only pays for one pair of frame and one set of lenses per year, so I was planning on using the insurance for my regular glasses frame and sunglasses lenses. Ordered my regular glasses online and they need my pupillary distance. Called the office but they wouldn't give it to me. That's fine. Some offices do that because they want you to buy your frames from them. So I just used an app for it. Went to the office and ordered sunglasses lenses and gave them my existing sunglasses frame, because the one I have was perfectly fine, and I didn't want to buy another frame. Three weeks later, they called and said the insurance lab broke my frame while trying to mount the lenses. First they said the insurance lab tried to find the same frame to order for replacement, but they couldn't find any, so they were not going to be responsible. This wasn't true, because the frame is still available basically everywhere I looked. Later on they said the insurance lab didn't want to take responsibility because the lab's policy says they are not responsible for breaking old frames. Then I called the insurance company, they told me that's between me and the office. So I called the office, and told them that they never made me sign anything that says they are not responsible because I brought my own frame, doesn't matter new or used. So basically tough luck, and I either take a refund, or I can order frame from them, and they'd give me a discount for "up to 20%". Pretty freaking messed up honestly.
