I have been to so many different eye doctors, all making me feel like it was a burden to see me annually. The people here made me feel so valued, the eye doctor was amazing and the taught me successfully to put in contacts which had been a struggle I gave up on years ago!

I had a great and painless experience. Friendly staff and DrQ. Was awesome! I scored a pair of SWEET (but pricy) Bebe glasses and I can’t wait to get them! In and out of there in about an hour. I was a new patient and am now a forever patient. Typically they work with kids but they do adults as well and this is walking distance to my house. :)

My son got his first pair of glasses here 4 years ago and we have been very happy with the service and selection of frames. All the staff is very knowledgeable and nice! They always send reminder texts and even call to confirm your appt. Thanks Bright Eyes!!!!

Dr. Q was amazing with my 8 yo. Kind, patient, engaging with her and professional and thorough giving me information as well. The front office staff was fine. I would 100% recommend to people looking for vision care for kids.

Always a clean and Profesional environment. Staff is so welcoming and friendly, always doing everything they can to make us happy. My kids always feel at ease coming to their eye appointments. We are always seen at the time of our appointment no long waits. When my son's glasses have broke they are so quick and accommodating to fix them. Not only would I recommend this place to family and friends but I already have.

Next time I buy glasses, I'll shop here first. Always use local merchants.

Tried to call this place for days to get my contact prescription so I could order more before my insurance changed. No one answered. Ever. Left many voice mails, nothing. I finally left work early and physically drove to the office. Arrive twenty minutes before they are supposed to close. No one is there and it is locked. REALLY REALLY frustrating. Cost me my contacts insurance discount this year.

The staff is nice and good customer service

Had an eye exam appointment today. Staff were very professional, friendly & energetic, altogether fantastic. Every single one of them gave off the energy of the kind of people I love hanging out with. Almost didn't dress up for Halloween. Glad I did. They asked me to take group photos with them, Barbie themed. Definitely made my day & gave me the boost I needed. I'm going to do my best to show up every Halloween dressed up to say hi & take photos, even if I don't have an appointment. That's how satisfied & happy I felt from the moment I entered the clinic to when I left. Been going here for years now. Will continue going here from now on. Never been happier with any other vision clinic.

been bringing my daughter here for years looks like all new staff is very uneducated, didn’t answer my questions. Majority of the time they were all on their phones and would answer me with short answers. The doctor was very nice and informative. On the other hand everyone else was completely spaced out on their phones. They have a good selection I’m frames and the doctor is nice that’s about it.
