This was my first time coming to Bright Eyes Optical, it's very clean and front desk staff is very friendly. The nice lady help me pick out my new glasses and Dr. Mark was very understanding and listening to my vision problems. My first exam very was fast. I will not mind to keep this office as my regular eye doctor office for my appointment.

I will not be going back here. I called 07/27/23 asking how I need to go about getting my prescriptions printed out so I can take it and go get new frames somewhere else. She pulled up my file and told me just to come in and they'll print it out. So I have my brother drive 30 mins to me and 30 mins to Bright Eyes just for them to tell me that my prescription is expired, but they'll still print it out for me, but have to write expired on it. Obviously I'm upset over wasting my brothers time, but I say okay and wait. As they're printing it out, the young white lady with green hair makes a comment to the other lady working with her about why I'm wanting my expired prescription printed out and laughed and said "idk, probably just to have something to hold onto". Yeah, funny. Maybe if you did your job correctly, maybe I would've known it was expired when I called yesterday!! Common sense ain't very common anymore. Maybe don't talk or "joke" about your patients infront of them. Do your job better and correctly

This place is a joke the stuff are rude and disrespectful. I will never ever recommend anyone ever to go to this place . They waste your time and like to make fun of you when you come to the office. This place isn TRASH SHUT THEM DOWN The fat green green hair lady thinks she's funny being rude to paying customers. I want to speak with the owners.
