I saw Dr Kirkland today. She is so sweet, kind,and so pleasant. Too bad I didn’t discover her earlier.Her bedside manners on a scale of 1 to 10 is (10 )absolutely. One of the best . , I highly recommended her . Her front desk girl is just as nice and pleasant as well.. So happy I found this office!!!!!

It’s impossible to get thru the phone. Two months went by and glasses were not ready. I requested a refund to go elsewhere and was told that I had to come in person but as soon as I called my bank miraculously they were able to do the refund without me coming in. This was done in May and it’s now the last day of September and my benefits haven’t been reinstated. The receptionist said it was done eventhoughy I told her I was told by the ins co it wasn’t done and she said , she couldn’t call. I came in in person and all odd a sudden she could call. This place sucks , don’t waste your time and money in a place thr shows no interest in your needs.

Absolutely the worst office. Do not waste your time ! The staff is nice, yes but the office is literally impossible to get in contact with. Phones ring off the hook, glasses are NEVER ready on time and the office seems to NEVRRRRR be open. They definitely do not honor their posted office hours. I am waiting for my son’s glasses for over a month now. A MONTH !

Yesterday was awesome, went there with my son and Adriane at the front desk was supper pleasant and sweet ,she picked out our glasses better than I could lol. The doctor has a great sense of humor and I will recommend this place to all. The other lady there I didn’t catch her name but she was very gentle made me feel comfortable.

I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Adrienne, runs the front. She is professional, has a great sense of humor and knows her stuff. The doctor was great. I appreciate his knowledge, his humor and understanding. This will be my first choice for exams and glasses. I ordered two pairs of glasses. Adrienne recommended one frame and approved the ones I chose. Picking them up was smooth and quick. I like them both now but prefer the ones Adrienne selected. Thanks Adrienne, for everything! Hopefully, I am spelling your name correctly.
