Best optometrist we’ve seen in my sons eight years of life. He didn’t behave very well but Dr. Schultz was great. She explained things much more clearly than other doctors we have seen. So relieved to have found a good eye doctor for our son.

I was able to get my child seen but it seemed like they don’t have many availabilities. If we hadn’t so fortunately came across the one availability, we would’ve had to wait for months to be seen here. Dr. Emily was very nice and I appreciated the explanation. The receptionist was also very nice so that was nice. My child don’t need glasses but was recommended vision therapy. However, it seems like the vision therapy will not be available for a while either so I am not quite sure yet how I feel about my substantive experience there.

We do NOT recommend Bright Eyes. In our experience they are unprofessional and dishonest. They added a feature we had refused, which increased the price. In addition we were greatly overcharged according to our insurance explanation of benefits. The new frames and lenses were both scratched when we went to pick them up. One of the opticians was especially disrespectful and unprofessional. He was disrespectful to us and did not listen to us. We were mocked and made fun of in the lobby area by him. When we told him that the frame we had just purchased wasn't adjusted right because it was hurting on the ears and nose, he refused to adjust the frame, insisting it was adjusted well. After 11 months of ear and nose pain from the poorly adjusted frame, the frame fell apart. Bright Eyes refused to replace the frame without additional payment. These are only our main problems we have had with Bright Eyes. We STRONGLY recommend not to trust your eyes to this company.
