I am absolutely Impressed with this office. Entire staff is amazing. Super helpful and explains things to you in a way you can understand. My son loved the doctor and she was so nice and took the time to explain everything. I had no questions to ask because she covered everything. Made us feel at home and welcomed. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you guys so much for everything you did for me but mostly my son.

Such a friendly staff. I was running late this morning and they were so understanding. They took their time listening to my concerns and answering my questions. Such an upgrade from my previous eye doctor. Extremely satisfied with my experience.

I love going to Bright Eyes of Plano. The doctor takes her time to explain things and answers all my questions. You don’t feel rushed plus the staff is friendly and they provide excellent customer service.
