Dr. Baker, Julie and Christine are amazing. The office is very welcoming and allows you to take your time in choosing frames. The array of frame selection is stylish and numerous compared to that of corporate eye centers. As someone who buys new frames annually this was the best experience I’ve had for an eye exam and frame selection.

This was our first time at Bright Side Eyecare and I was blown away by the level of customer service and sense of welcome provided by EVERY office staff I encountered. Julie was so kind and patient with my son and made him feel completely comfortable with everything that was happening. Getting complete cooperation from a 3 year old is no easy feat. Dr. Baker was amazing as well and showed him such care and explained everything to him in a way he could comprehend. This place is a hidden gem and I look forward to transferring my entire family’s records over to their office after only one visit. Thank you all for everything. It was beyond a wonderful experience and it was great to meet people who genuinely love what they do for a living.

I couldn’t say enough good things about this place. It’s a gem. Not only is the office gorgeous but everyone working there is so friendly, kind, and warm. Ashley is just the coolest doctor and so easy to talk to. They all really went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel welcomed and took the time to help us find exactly what we needed, even after they were closing. Julie stayed to make sure we were well cared for despite it being her last day there, she even pushed back her hair appointment! Christine was so much fun to pick out glasses with, I think we went through every design. She even made my husband’s glasses on the spot. I won’t go anywhere else, they felt like old friends. 😌
