Always a great experience at Brighton Optical. Everyone is friendly and helpful. During the exam the doctor takes time to catch up since our last visit. I have recommended this office to friends and family.

Went to Brighton optical on April 23 with a single lens prescription. Was properly charged $152 and told that the lens would be ready in 5 to 7 days and that they would contact me. After not hearing from them, about two weeks later, I called the store. I was informed that the lens was in. The lens was installed on May 13th. I immediately informed the optician that distance was difficult and blurry. He stated that it takes time for the eye to adjust to the new lens. Additionally, he gave me my original lens and stated that I should keep it for about two weeks and that if there were no problems to discard the lens. The new lens did not improve my vision and became quite uncomfortable, particularly at night. As I have vision in only one eye, I became quite concerned and returned to the store on May 17. I was dealt with a person whom I assumed is the store owner. Informed him of the difficulties with this lens and requested that the original lens be replaced. After replacing the lens he handed me the new lens. There was no attempt to rectify the situation, such as advice on how to obtain a lens that would provide proper vision. I then requested that he return the lens to the laboratory in order for me to obtain credit for the lens. In an arrogant manner he stated that he could not return the lens and basically it was my prescription, my lens. This statement was false. I have been wearing glasses for approximately 60 years. On three previous occasions, a problem such as this occurred. Each time the lens was returned to the lab, and the optician worked with me in order to attain proper vision. Contacted two local optical stores. Each one stated that lenses can be returned to a lab. In view of the owner’s arrogance, and lack of credibility I will not be doing business with this person in the future.

Everyone is so super friendly and helpful. I’ve been going to Brighton since I was younger and do not plan to switch it up any time soon. Amazing place!
