On my only two occasions I waited in the lobby 45 minutes after my initial appointment time, the second time I had to leave prior to being seen. I understand this happens occasionally, but it should not be the norm.

Brilliant Eyecare was better than I could imagine. They had an easy system to book appointments online with frequent reminders. The staff (receptionist, optometrists, and opticians) were friendly and helpful. Dr. Servinsky was a clear communicator. He made me feel comfortable and feel like I was getting a thorough exam. He even took time to show me diagrams and explain the physiology of some of my past eye issues. The opticians helped me find a set of frames I liked and they made the process easy. Since they noticed my previous set of glasses (purchased elsewhere) had anti-glare coating, they assumed I would want that on my next pair. They also scanned my previous glasses for my old prescription instead of relying on me to remember. Fortunately, they had my frame and lenses in stock, so they could make me a pair of glasses in about 15 min. They also knew my insurance inside & out to get me a good deal! Excellent service from top to bottom

Best and most educational eye exam I have ever had (and I’ve lived all over the country). I would recommend to anyone seeking eye care!
