Went here yesterday as a brand new patient and received an eye exam for regular lenses and one for contacts. I was told by the receptionist that my insurance covered both, provided I pay the 10$ co-pay. They did the exam and had one of the tech ladies put the contacts into my eye. Then when I went to ask about regular lenses they told me it was going to be 70$ for the day and I said for what? They said for the contact exam and trial contact lenses. I assured them what I was told be the receptionist. They then told me I had to take them out and they threw them away into the trash since I was not paying for the exam which I was already told by the receptionist that I was covered through insurance. So needless to say I was not happy with the service. I payed my 10$ co-pay but, will not be going back for any more glasses, contacts, or services from this place. Definitely lost a patient and a customer.

I've been with Brixton for a year. My son (14) and I are both patients and customers. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. My son has gone through so many frames that they know me by face and name lol. I even had an emergency with my frames and they immediately took care of me.The atmosphere is calm and energetic, and the prices are very reasonable If you're looking for a Wonderful experience, give them a call!!!
