Very very disappointed I have been getting service here for many many years and referred people there too but now it seems good customer service is declining 😌The receptionists were very rude talking to customer —one of them was very impolite answering questions with very bad attitude and initially refused to speak to my insurance company representative on the phone stating it wasn’t her job.United Healthcare rep on the phone even commented about this. Need good i service Re customer service and communication Not sure if this was due to staff shortage or lack of manners. Very frustrating and disappointing. Will reconsider future appointments because today’s visit was totally a waste of precious time for me☺️😊

Service is fast and easy for the most part until I was notified that I won’t be getting my glasses until three weeks out. The customer service was amazing. The ophthalmologist was very helpful and very knowledgeable of what she was doing. I would totally recommend this place. It is conveniently located near me and I’m glad they took my insurance.

I arrived at the appointed time and was taken right in. I go to Broadway Vision because the doctor is always on point and correct in her exams and diagnose. The staff is polite and professional and is always willing to help if I ask them a question. The atmosphere in very relaxing and happy. i.ll be 71 years old soon, and they treat everyone according to their individual needs.
