Friendly, quick, and easy! I came in for glasses repair from another optometrist and they were able to help me repair for free :) Since my glasses were broken from the hinge, the kind worker said they don’t do hinge repairs and referred me to another place in Kirkland that does. He disappeared into the back and took the time to find some spare parts that luckily fit my glasses! He saved me a lot of time and money. If I lived in the area I would keep going here since I had a great experience with everyone here.
