Dr. Murrell has been my eye doctor since I was 12 and for over 20 years she had helped keep my prescription up to date and my eyes healthy. She always answers any questions or concerns in a kind and professional manner. She will always be the Doctor I trust with my and my family's eye health. The staff is always nice and helpful. They have always made me and my family feel welcome and I've never had any issues with making appointments in a timely manner and have never had issues with insurance.

Horrible. I've been having concerning issues with my eyes so I made an appointment. I gave them my insurance before my appointment, I was told they accepted it and I was good to go. The staff informed me they the ask for it in advance in case there are any issues beforehand they can remedy it. I had to beg my boss to give me time off work since no one in my insurance network is open weekends and I need to SEE! I got all the way down here started filling out paper work and all of a sudden they don't accept my insurance and I have to pay out of pocket. The lady there claims to have left me a message but my phone records prove I never even got a phone call. I know they had my number correct as they sent me a reminder and verified it when I checked in. Then just got a, "Welp, sorry about that." before she turned away to walk away. So now I have to wait several months before I'm allowed time off for another exam. Thank you, Broken Arrow Vision Clinc, for wasting my time as I'm sure you've wasted so many others and will continue to do so.
