Really unprofessional service. They ordered contacts for me without my consent and I didn’t find out about it until I called my vision insurance to ask a question about my benefits. They also didn’t give us a written prescription until we explicitly asked for it. Also the doctor took my boyfriend’s contacts out for him without asking permission and then tossed them out (they were monthlies that he just started using).

Customer service is outstanding. I love my glasses and the service including try-ons and repairs has been kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Don't go there! The service was very unprofessional. The owner Hanna ordered a pair of glasses that were completely off and basically useless. She offered to order another pair that were a little better but still useless for near and far vision. Without any effort to figure out the reason that the new glasses were not working and how to make a useable pair of glasses. She ordered another pair that wasn't any better. After three attempt with no improvement in the glasses performance it was clear that it goes nowhere. Asking her to stop the process after wasting six week resulted in her unwillingness to return the deposit and her threatening that "she has her ways to deal with people like me". I found them incapable to do the job and very unprofessional in the way it was handled. Went to another store and within a week got a perfect eyeglass in one attempt.
