The staff went above and beyond to fix my broken glasses that very same day by taking apart a current pair / fixing my glasses & ordering a replacement so that I could leave right then & there with my glasses! So kind & knowledge! Highly recommend!

I just bought my third pair of glasses from Brookside Optical and figured I should leave a review. The service is great, and they have a large selection of unique frames! I am usually helped by the manager Joe when I go in, and he is always friendly while showing frames and makes helpful suggestions. I hate salesmen, but I never feel any pressure when I go in (it's actually fun). So happy with my latest pair, and they were ready in 5 days. There glasses are a little pricey, but I consider it an investment. They are high quality frames and lenses.
