Very satisfied. My husband and I both received excellent care and service at Broome. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They are true professionals. They explained everything they were going to do and explained as they were going along. Huge selection of frames to choose from. They answered all of our questions and took time doing it. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

I would like to say thank you to the Broome Optical staff and doctors for providing a warm and welcoming visit. The staff and doctors were knowledgeable and explained each step prior too. Informed me if this would be an additional cost and informed me if we really needed to do it or something we can hold off to next visit. I never felt pushed into anything but genuinely cared for. I highly recommend this place to family and friends. I was even recommended here and so glad I came here.
