1. Easy to make an appointment. I did it online and filled out my paperwork at the same time. 2. The interior office is clean comfortable. 3. The intake personnel was friendly and used my information I completed online. 4. The technician that came and got me and did my testing was friendly, professional and calming. 5. Dr Bascone was friendly, attentive,he actually greeted me before my testing and inquired what I was there for. Then he discussed my particular situation after my tests and did some testing himself. He sat down across from me and went over all my alternatives/results. 6. The exit personnel/billing clerk was friendly.

I really don’t know how this place has a 4.9 stars for service if the patient have to do everything themselves and most of the staff all they do is collect payment or try to sell you something. Otherwise they walk away from you. Wish I could have said a lot more but I have been to many places and met many people to know the difference between good service and when we are just a number and potential profit to their business. On the other hand, the service and professionalism from the doctor was excellent. On my believe, I was provided the best service.
