I want to start by saying I never write reviews. But my experience today made me take the time. I was treated so poorly by a member of this stuff I had to write this. I have never been to this office and I have new insurance. Well I didn't know what was covered and what wasn't. The person that took me to the back was verbally aggressive and made me feel like I was unwanted in this doctors office because of my race. It is really sad that someone would treat someone like this. The other people working up front was so nice. But that one person just has hate in their heart. I hope someone contacts me so I can talk about my experience so no other person has to deal with this.

Very efficient office. They take care of my entire family. Large selection of glasses and contacts.

Was referred 3 years ago to Dr. George, now Dr. George Jr., and appreciate and value this family practice. Always learn something new, care for my eyes, and get great customer service. They speak Spanish and again, a delight to support a local small business. Thank you Dr. George's.... will continue patronage as long as I can.

This ladies have a sign that says the will be back from lunch at 1 and it is currently 1:30 and doors are close let alone they don’t puck up the damn phone, good way to waste people’s time !!

My experience in this place was very likable because Cindy and Priscila help me throughout the whole experience in helping me find glasses for my son. They helped find the right size and talked me through what the insurance covered.

Love Dr. George and his office team. Dr. George talks to you while examining your eyes so you know what's coming next. His office team is great. They helped me find a nice pair of glasses that don't make my round face look fat. The glasses are stylish and the price was reasonable. Actually, right in there with Costco and Walmart. Thank you Vista Vision.

Dr George spent so much time on my eyes to make sure they were perfect. I have an astigmatism and he made both of my eyes see exactly the same thing. I can not recommend him enough. Best set of glasses I have had in my life. Had glasses for over 22 years.

My daughter and I were long time patients of Doctor Georges. I transferred to a new doctor recently because of a change in my insurance. During the exam the doctor asked if he could dililate my eyes I asked why snd he said it was a way of getting a thorough look at the optic nerve. I said yes. Afterwards I was told that I have Moderate Macular Degeneration. The doctor asked if my previous doctor had ever dialated my eyes. He frowned when I replied "no"and asked who my doctor was. He said no more on the subject. Later upon researching macular degeneration I realized that catching this degenerative condition early is can be key to managing it's progression. Since then I've been growing increasingly angry at Dr George. Why didn't he in the 8 years I'd been coming to him do a more thorough check of my eyes? I thought that maybe it was the fact that I was covered by MediCal. I cant know why he didn't do a nessesary check I can only speculate. Maybe it was an insurance matter, maybe he's incompetent. No matter what the reason for his negligence in relationship to me as his patient I am the one paying for it with my sight.

Went to get my child’s first glasses, everyone was very helpful. They made process very easy. Thanks to the wonderful staff

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. I've taken my 5 and 9 year old for eye exams and we always leave feeling extremely happy with the experience. I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Kendal always provides excellent service, always has a friendly face. Cindy at the front office made sure we were happy before we left with our new glasses. Highly recommended.
