Staff were friendly and professional. Dr Cleaver is very good at his profession.
All went smoothly except for a slight glitch in the new system that was quickly remedied, other than that, everything was great! I highly recommend.
(4 stars is my highest, I like to leave room for improvements🤭)

Love the staff at Brumm! I had Lasik done here and glad I chose Brumm after looking at several options. Dr. Brumm is very diligent and thorough, and his staff is excellent. Amongst the most notable staff is his nurse Sara and his administrative assistants at Lakeside (Brook being one of them). Thank you for all that you do to make the patient experience a positive one!!

Every time I go to my eye appointment everyone is so nice and so friendly. Morgan is the best person there. I just love her punctuality. She is so sweet and professional. She tells you everything you need to know and she knows her job very well.
