My mother was referred to this office and had a horrible experience. Staff was rude, including Dr. Bruno. They were impatient, exasperated, and short with her the entire appointment. Dr. Bruno abruptly walked out of the appointment after my mother attempted to explain she already had a recently updated prescription- with no explanation and no kindness. Incredibly rude. Why bother wasting your time and energy going to a dr like this when there are far better offices with kind and thoughtful patient care available?

Dr. Bruno is so kind and compassionate, she really listens to you and my recent cataract surgery was so successful I cannot thank her enough. The office staff is so accomodating, my surgical experience at the WNY Ambulatory Center was also outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Bruno, her experience and expertise merit a 5 Star rating.

Dr. Bruno’s office staff needs to learn some manners. They’re rude, even by doctor’s office admin standards. It’s not my fault you’re miserable, Cathy. Don’t take it out on your patients.

Terrible bedside manner. She was impatient, explained things poorly and sarcastic. My 80 year old mother was a patient of Dr Bruno. My mother had cataract surgery done last year by her. My mother has had nothing but problems since having her eyes done. She subsequently has switched to another ophthalmologist. Her new doctor immediately realized that there was a problem with her initial surgery done by Dr Bruno. My mother was told that several of Dr Brunos patients have left her practice because of poor care. I would not recommend Dr Bruno at all. Save yourself the trouble and find a different ophthalmologist.
