Had a wonderful first visit today. The staff and doctor were amazing and very understanding/accommodating as I had to make a last minute change to my appt day. I will be referring all of my friends and family.

JUST LEFT AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO GOOD!!!! They are nice and caring. The doctor told me all about my lenses didn't have me worried. It was a very good experience and I will be coming back whenever I need anything. Great job guys thanks so much I CAN SEE AGAIN lol

Brunswick Optical Service was Fantastic! I own a pair of glasses that I didn't purchase here, however needed assistance with them. They had me come in with no appointment, took care of me and had me out super quickly. Super kind and helpful. Because of this experience today I will be coming back to Brunswick Optical for any of my Eyewear needs or assistance!

I had a horrible fall and smashed my face into my glasses. They were bent out of shape. Brunswick Optical got my glasses straightened back out. Thank you!

Bought 700$ sunglasses and was told they would warranty my lenses within a year. Came back within that year and was told they cannot be warrantied. Will not receive my business again

Beautiful new remodel and same great staff! Receptionist very sweet, doctor was great and Ray and Julie were fantastic as usual as they both give you real opinions on frames! Great to have them all back!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Just left Brunswick optical!!! I've been wearing glasses in contacts since I was 15 years old I am now 41. I have never had an experience like this! The doctor was so sweet and kind the ladies in the waiting area who are helping fit contacts and glasses were wonderful absolutely fabulous I will be back here every year for my exam!!! Thank you so much!!!

Oh recently open because it used to be recently opened. Friendly service. Appropriate use of social distancing. Free mask along with hand sanitizers and gloves available when you come in the entrance. The doctor is very thorough and a wonderful selection of frames

I went to Brunswick Optical for the first time last week and I was thoroughly impressed. Not only were the staff friendly, but they were extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient. It was so fast! I haven’t been to an eye appointment that was as streamlined ever! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience at the eye doctor!

I can’t say enough good things about Brunswick Optical. Every visit is a pleasant experience, and the staff is always so kind and helpful. Cheryl, in particular, is an absolute ray of sunshine, she goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of. I honestly wish I could bring her with me to California! The world would be a better place if more people were like her. Thank you, Cheryl, for always brightening my day.

Incredible place. The eye doctor is thorough and knowledgeable, caught stuff even my previous eye doctors missed. You never feel rushed or unwelcome, and everyone from the man who sizes glasses to the women at the front desk are warm and welcoming.

Went here after a bad experience elsewhere and Cheryl went above and beyond to help me get my contacts. All staff members are friendly and wonderful, clean facility. Highly recommend!

Very happy with my experience here. They have a nice selection of frames. Other places I've been to have had a larger selection, but the quality and style they have in stock ranks among the best places I've been to in my 20 years of wearing glasses. Staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to answering questions and selecting my frames. My wife and I had to go in with my two and five year old sons. They put Disney+ on the store TV for them and offered juice boxes so we could try on frames, get fitted, complete paperwork, etc. distraction free. This was incredibly thoughtful and helpful! Covid wise-everyone was masked in store, sanitizing stations were present, and frames that people try on were placed in a separate area so they could be cleaned before being out back on shelf. My family felt very safe here in that regard. This was my first time here and now it'll be the only place I'll go back to for all my eye care needs. Thank you Brunswick Optical! Highly recommended!

So excited to see Dr. G and his great staff back in action! The office looked amazing when I walked in & I got the same quality and service I've always received from this team. Special thanks to Ray and Julie for taking the time to truly understand my wants and needs with my frames and finding me just the right pair without being pushy or up selling me. Can't wait to go back and pick up my frames and look at their new sunglasses too!

I wish I could give six stars! Our family could not say enough about the customer service and technical proficiency of the staff at Brunswick Optical. It comes with a high recommendation from each member of our family! Together with fixing frames, they have taken care of our eye exams and selecting and ordering frames. Julie, Cheryl, and Ray each, on every occasion have gone out of their way to make sure that what we needed was taken care of. Their communication is excellent as we received calls providing updates on the status of orders. It’s uncommon to walk into a place and be greeted and treated as family or good friends, but that has been our consistent experience with Brunswick Optical. Thank you to the team!

I have been going here since I was a kid. I still to this day get amazing service every time. They always remember my family who have gone there for years. I went to another place the last time for glasses and I didn't feel like I got the same quality of service. They make you feel welcome and relaxed. The gentleman who help me find my glasses has been there for a long time and he was very helpful and kind. I will be back again for sure.

Saw Dr. Gnutella today as a new patient and was pleasantly surprised! He took the time to address my concerns with compassion and I never felt rushed. Cheryl, front desk operator, was just as pleasant and helpful as she could be. Very pleased with a first appointment! THANK YOU Brunswick Optical!

A little over a week ago we booked an appointment to come in at 10:30 to have my daughter looked at for possibly getting contacts. We showed up and they told us we have no record of you and that they can’t see her today. The lady at the front desk was very rude unprofessional.

First visit very friendly and honest. Required to get a diabetic eye exam. Highly recommend so much as my wife also made an appointment.
