It may be budget (exam price on par with Walmart), but the doctor is a very nice guy, reasonable and accommodating, clearly knows his stuff and explains everything clearly. Also very smooth in and out walk-in. This place was what I needed :)

Really bad customer service. Will not return. They would rather talk to a customer on the phone, than deal with you in person.

I have been coming here for 18+ years the staff is always helpful and friendly...John and Nahema has always been so good to me and my family I always recommend them if anyone is looking for a place to buy nice and affordable glasses with excellent customer service

Went to get a pair of glasses and they don't except insurance and they didn't take the credit card I had so I left and called back and asked if I could get them to email me my prescription and the young lady told me to call back in 20 minutes when I called back they were closed. So I went to Americas Best.

I actually ended up here today by accident. I didn't read the address correctly and thought I was making an appointment for an office around Doral. I 100% do not regret coming here. I've never had a bad experience with my optometrists but Dr. Gentile was by far the best. So attentive and friendly. I will be going back just because of how great he was.
