My mother went in to the business and girl at the check-in was very rude because she didn’t have a mask. In an upset tone she said “Where’s your mask?”. Then asked her to refrain from speaking. Not only rude to her but to other patients as well. The rest of the staff was good.

Worst experience ever. I don't know how people still come to this center. It's my first and my last time. The receptionists are very rude, the guy and the girls just talk about their love lives and ignore the patients. And when they do talk to the customers they respond in a very rude attitude, it seems like they don't want to help people at all. So disappointed and angry.

If I could leave one star I would. The lady at the first desk is rude as hell. To work in a medical office with people who are the reason she even has a job is ridiculous. She needs to take a customer service class. This place use to be a friendly office very welcoming. I have been bringing my mom here and was very pleased. However this wanted to be more than she is needs to be trained on how to treat elderly people.
