My wife's Doctor recommended we see this eye Doctor ASAP. I was very hesitant at first when I saw all the negative comments. But I noticed all the negativity was towards rude and bad customer service from the receptionist/Assistants... My wife and I did not experience rude behavior from anyone. And the Doctor was very caring and explained the process in full detail. I couldn't be happier with the treatment my wife received. The surgery was a success and I am glad we came to this eye Clinic. So I gave it 5 stars.

Do not go to this place if you don’t want to encounter rude customer service. The front desk people think they own the place with the attitude they have going on they have one person on front desk so you will stand in line for at least 40 mins just to ask a question. My brother is Down syndrome and needed surgery for his eye they canceled his appointment 1 month after scheduling and gave his spot to someone else. They want him to wait another month or two, until another spot opens up, I explained to them how that wouldn’t be possible but they didn’t care what so ever. His vision is getting worst by day and he doesn’t know how to express it to us. After calling to understand what’s happening. They had the worst attitude as if I’ve done something wrong. I will never step another foot in that place and if you or someone you care about think of going here please think again.

If I could give a zero I would . But this is not a reflection on the doctor as he was very informative and had an excellent examination manner on my child. The issue with this place is the front office of who speak to people in a condescending way . Karina at my he front desk acts like this is her office and lacks even the least amount of customer service skills. She was extremely rude and made it seem like she was doing me a favor by doing her job. She would cut me off when I tried to speak . I informed her manager Maria that that just because there are a lot of low income people who come here who rather bow their head and the don’t know better on how they should be treated and she gets away with it that she should not have this job. It is an extremely poor display of carelessness that brings this wonderful doctor down . The reviews are real . Believe them . I hope this owner and doctor realize their front office needs some sort of seminar or classes on phone etiquette, customer service and conflict resolution ASAP
