Dr. Boscarino was amazing but as far as the rest of the practice not impressed. Billing is ridiculous and was never fulled explained to me. Takes over a month to even get a bill to be over charged and all I’m told is that’s how their coding work. Never going back.

I thought the Dr was very nice. Other than that my experience was not great. The address is wrong in Apple Maps, so I was about 15 mins late to my apt. I know there are different offices, but Apple Maps took me to a completely different plaza to a gastro drs office. Also, they never told me to bring a driver, they never told me what happens when they dilate the eyes. I had to call someone to leave work to come get me because I wasn’t informed as a new patient to bring a driver. I feel like that should be a precaution to state while making apts because it is not common knowledge.

Buffalo Niagara Retina Associates is wonderful. Contacted them regarding a concern with my eyes and their professional staff got me in to see Dr. Boscarino quickly. Dr. Boscarino was very thorough and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend this practice.

I’ve left 4 voicemails over the course of the week waiting for an appointment. They say to use the scheduling option on OCLI.Net but after following the steps it still says call the office! Tried another number from the website but they only transferred me to the same mailbox. Staff there said they have “no way to contact the office”. Dr Ruff was very nice but it’s not worth this hassle. How does this place stay in business?

After presenting my insurance card I was asked to take a seat. Nearly thirty minutes later I was told the doctor did not take my insurance. This appt had been rescheduled more than once by the office so there is no one that can tell me they didn’t have my insurance information in front of them each and every time they changed my appt. Do better.

It would actually be nice to call this place and get ahold of a person rather than a stupid answering machine. How do you run a business when you don’t actually answer the phone you just send everyone to answering machine system. I would avoid this business

Had to take my elderly mother in with last minute notice. They made arrangements to get her in the next day with Dr. Crabtree. Every person in the office was unbelievably accommodating, kind, respectful and understanding of our situation. A very special shout out to Jade who made the experience much more pleasant for my mom and me. Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Crabtree was amazing. Explains in depth any questions. Office very professional. So glad my husband saw Dr. Crabtree. Dr. Crabtree did a in depth examination and even fixed my husband's retina tear

Professional, articulate, and positively delightful . My experience for the first time, His staff was kind and courteous, and helped me as I am a handicapped person. If I trust him, trust me, he's the best ! A special, Thank You !

Staff is rude and impatient with people. Always rushing you out and god forbid you ask any questions to the staff or Doctor. Will never go back or refer anyone to his practice.

Great place, excellent Doctors. My husband had awesome results and today’s check up was great news .. 20/20 vision! Dr Philip Niles was a pleasure to visit. Definitely recommend
