Had to change appt and kept getting recording to leave msg and they would call back which of course they don’t. I finally got thru to someone after going thru doctor line which was answered by a worthless representative. The new outfit that took over the schedule and billing by no means run parallel with the great service from the doctors. Looking into reporting them to state agencies.

Always have to wait 90-120 minutes. I call ahead and they say they are running on time but when I arrive they are at least an hour behind schedule. I bring my mom from assisted living and not easy for her to wait that long.

I bring my 97 year old mother monthly for a shot in her eye. Every time we come we wait we’ll over an hour. Once we waited 2.5 hrs.
