Buffalo Optical has been my eye care provider for a number of years. Initially I chose them because it is in my neighborhood. There were a couple other options at the time but I wanted a small business because I believe the service and products are better. I stay with Buffalo Optical because it is the best eye care experience you can have. The doctors are caring and the staff is very helpful. You truly do get personalized, genuine care. They make you feel like you're a valued customer. But that's not even the best part of Buffalo Optical. I think the best part is the long history of the business and you can learn about it in the display they have in the front room.

I had an amazing experience! This was my first time attending Buffalo Optical, and I couldn't be more pleased. The service was fantastic. I was greeted by very friendly staff who were accommodating and seemed like they genuinely enjoyed their time there. That's not necessary, but it's always nice. I made a scheduling error and had to leave early, and another customer was nice enough to let me see the doctor before them! Dr. Steve was made aware of my time crunch, and made every effort to provide efficient and thorough care. I'm grateful for the experience, and I'm looking forward to visiting again!

I'm very pleased with their services, when you walk in your greeted and welcomed. They actually take their time to assist your needs. Overall my experience here was excellent! This is a great place to go, I recommend everyone aleast go See for yourself; how great of an experience you'll have.
