At my last annual exam, Doctor Travis introduced the idea of multi focus contact lenses. I have been wearing contacts for yeas and tried previous versions of lenses so of course I was skeptical. Dr Travis suggested a trial pair and much to my delight they worked! Immediately my mid-range and close-range vision improved, to the point I don't need readers anymore - amazing! I did however compromise a bit of clarity with my long-range crispness but not enough to give up the improvement with mid and close range. Thank you doctor Travis! Love these lenses!

From the moment you enter the office it feels like home. My husband and I have been going here for many, many years. There’s a reason we have stayed with Dr. Travis for so long. Lisa is wonderful at managing this office. She does so with ease. Dr. Travis is kind, personable, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything he is doing. We are very lucky to have Dr. Travis in Burlington.

I and my family have been patients since they started. I called for an appointment and they are telling me over a year? Ridiculous. Take less patients or get another dr. I can't believe this..

Dr. Mark Traveis is excellent, and I truly recommend Burlington Vision Associates, Inc. for your eye care needs. He is thorough with his eye exam while being very personable and gives easily understood direction for all the tests he does during exam. He also provides superb input on the choices of frames as well in his office. His Office Manager Lisa is outstanding at scheduling and updating you on status of glasses arriving and they work great as a team.

Mark is awesome. He takes the time to focus on providing the best eye examination possible. Recently, I had some eye issues and they fit me in immediately. He offers a great selection of frames (both high end and inexpensive). He provides guidance during your eye wear selection.

My family and I have been patients of Dr Traveis for 25 years. It is great not only having a full service optometry practice but also one which looks after lifes mishaps: lens replacement, eyeglass repair. Highly recommended!

Dr. Traveis is always very thorough and ensures you get the right prescription for your glasses/contacts. He is also very nice and often remembers the little things from previous appointments. Lisa at the front desk is so kind and genuinely wants to know how you've been. I would recommend this office to anyone in search of an eye doctor!

IDr. Traveis has bern my optometrist since 2007, unfailing professional, on top of new threads and technologies, and a very pleasant personality. Highly recommend the clinic and him in particular.

I can’t recommend Burlington Vision Associates highly enough. Dr Traveis is thorough and friendly. Lisa in the office is so accommodating and professional. There is no hard sell to get you to buy the most expensive glasses. They book several months out, so call early to get an appointment.

I have used Burlington Vision Associates for over 30 years. Mark is very thorough in his examinations and I have always had a very good experience at his office. His explanations of issues with my eyes are clear and understandable and his recommendations for treatment are always spot on.

I’ve been taking my daughter to Dr. Traveis now for several years. He is incredibly patient and takes his time. He always lets my daughter try out new prescription contacts for a few days to make sure it’s the right one. It’s a nice small office feel and the staff is also very helpful. Highly recommend!

I needed fast turnaround on something for my primary care provider and Lisa and Mark worked it out with little to no delay. I very much appreciated the responsiveness. And this is consistent after 30 years of being a patient here.
